We want you to have a smooth and enjoyable shopping experience. Please read our Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy carefully before making a purchase.


Applicability of Policy

By placing an order with Label Mi Amor, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy. If you do not agree with these terms, we recommend not proceeding with the purchase.


Returns & Exchanges

At Label Mi Amor, most products are carefully curated with attention to detail. Therefore, all purchases are considered final.

We only accept returns or exchanges in the following cases:

  • The item received is damaged or defective (video mandatory during unboxing)
  • An incorrect item has been delivered

Claims for such issues must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.


Eligibility for Return or Exchange

To be eligible for a return or exchange:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • All original tags and packaging must be intact
  • Non-negotiable - Supporting images/videos must be shared for verification
  • The issue must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the order

Please note:

  • Products showing signs of use or normal wear and tear are not eligible for return or replacement.
  • Sale, clearance, promotional, or final-sale items are not eligible for return, refund, or exchange.
  • Accessories and selected handcrafted products may not be eligible for return or exchange.

How to Raise a Claim

To request a return or exchange, please contact our support team with the following:

  • Order number
  • Description of the issue
  • Clear images of the product
  • Unboxing video (mandatory for damaged or incorrect item claims)

Once your request is received, our team will inspect the claim and respond accordingly.


Refund Policy

  • We may or may not provide bank refunds for returned products.
  • Approved returns may be eligible for:
    • Replacement of the product (subject to availability), or
    • Store credit for future purchases
    • Bank transfer

The decision regarding replacement or store credit will be at the sole discretion of Label Mi Amor.


Cancellation Policy

  • Orders once placed cannot be cancelled.
  • Cancellation or modification requests, if any, must be raised within 24 hours of placing the order and are subject to approval.

Incorrect or Missing Deliveries

If your order status shows “Delivered” but you have not received the package, please notify us within 24 hours so we can coordinate with the courier partner. Requests raised after this timeframe may not be eligible for investigation.


Inspection & Approval

All claims are subject to verification and approval by our team. Label Mi Amor reserves the right to accept or reject any return, exchange, replacement, or store credit request at its sole discretion.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.


Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.


Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
