Order Processing

  • Once an order is placed, confirmation and delivery details will be shared via email or phone.
  • Tracking details will be shared once your order has been dispatched.
  • All payments can be made through Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, and Bank Transfers.

Shipping Timelines

Standard Shipping

  • Delivery timeline: 5–15 working days depending on product availability and processing time.
  • Ready-to-dispatch items are usually delivered within 5–7 working days.
  • Working days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Express Shipping

  • Express shipping is available on selected orders and locations at an additional charge.
  • Delivery timelines for express shipping may vary depending on the product and destination.
  • For express shipping requests, please contact our support team before placing your order.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

  • COD is available on selected orders and locations.
  • We recommend accepting your parcel on the first delivery attempt to avoid delays or cancellations.

Delivery Attempts

  • Our logistics partners will attempt delivery up to two times.
  • Please ensure someone is available to receive the package.
  • If the delivery fails due to incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the customer, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.

Delays in Shipping

While we work with reliable courier partners, delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, we will keep you informed with updated timelines.


Incorrect Address

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.
  • Label Mi Amor will not be liable for orders delivered incorrectly due to inaccurate or incomplete address details provided by the customer.
  • In case re-delivery is required, additional shipping charges will be borne by the customer.

Return Shipping

  • Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer unless the item received is incorrect or damaged.
  • Returned products must:
    • Include all original tags and packaging
    • Be securely packed to avoid damage during transit

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged during transit, please raise a claim directly with the courier company using the tracking/AWB number. You may also contact us for assistance.


Cancellation Policy

All our products are curated with care. Therefore, orders cannot be cancelled once placed.
